Export and share
Move work out of Desk as images, CSV, PDF, or the native workbook file.
Workbook (.asbx)
File → Save / Save As writes a portable .asbx with sheets, charts, pages, variables, and embedded data. Free and Pro can save workbooks.
Share the file with colleagues who also run Desk — open with File → Open or double-click.
Chart images
On a selected chart tile, open export controls:

| PNG | Raster image for slides and documents |
| SVG | Vector graphic for print and design tools |
Adjust export scale when offered, then download.
Underlying data CSV
From View underlying data, export the filtered row set as CSV.
PDF (Pro)
File → Export as PDF builds a multi-page PDF of the report (pages assembled for print). Free plan shows an upgrade prompt.
What is not available yet
Publish to a cloud gallery is disabled in the ribbon. Use .asbx or PDF/image export instead.
